  1. Project Kickoff
  • The first step of the project begins with theme selection in consultation with you.
  • Only 2 theme revisions are allowed. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  1. Delays & Client-Side Dependencies
  • Any delay from your side (e.g., not providing content, approvals) will affect the project timeline.
  • We are not liable for extended delivery due to such delays.
  1. Content & Logo
  • All content (text/images) will be provided by the client.
  • We’ll share content samples to help you create your own.
  • If content creation is required from our side, additional charges will apply.
  • Logo design is available at extra cost.
  1. Payment Terms
  • 50% advance payment is required to start the project.
  • Final delivery (including admin access) will be done only after full payment is cleared.
  1. Website Delivery
  • On completion, we’ll provide full access to the website’s admin panel.
  • A final tutorial session will be shared to help you manage your site.
  1. Post-Live Changes
  • After the website goes live:
    • Image replacements are allowed if images are provided by you.
    • Text content can be replaced post-live as well.
  1. Project Updates
  • We will provide clear milestone steps and give you updates accordingly.
  • We request your timely feedback to ensure smooth progress.
  1. Third-Party Integrations
  • Any third-party plugins (e.g., premium tools) will involve additional charges.
  • Razorpay and Shiprocket integrations will be done after the website goes live, as per platform requirements.
  1. Maintenance Plans
  • Ongoing support and website changes are only available through our paid maintenance plans.
